Top Draw Rugs at Top Drawer
Flair Rugs is exhibiting at London’s Top Drawer this September, launching its collaboration with the V&A as part of the landmark Luxmi collection.
The home, gift, fashion and craft fair for the retail industry, Top Drawer brings together some of the UK’s brightest brands to present their latest products to retailers and business owners. Alongside new lines in its budget-driven Simplicity range and core offering, a major highlight of Flair’s presence will be the official launch of the inspirational, Luxmi by Flair Rugs, a curation of fine-quality styles capturing the supplier’s premium rug styles.
Marking the company’s family-owned heritage, Luxmi features a capsule collection in collaboration with the V&A, the world’s greatest museum of art and design. Launching are four designs based on a 1930s fabric in the museum’s archive, and pattern works by Owen Jones, Gregory Brown and William Morris. Hand-crafted from fine-quality wool and viscose or jacquard loomed in cotton chenille, the rugs are the first from Flair Rugs to bear the V&A Inspired name.
Flair Rugs will be exhibiting on H-J9, Top Drawer, 10-12 September, Olympia London.
“This is the first time we’ve exhibited at Top Drawer and we are determined to show that Flair Rugs is one of the UK’s best rug suppliers to the trade, not only with great-value lines, but also in exclusive design-focused collections such as our collaboration with the V&A. As the official launch platform for both Luxmi by Flair Rugs and V&A Inspired, our stand will hopefully achieve this.”Gareth Davies
